Revlon Batch Code Guide

What is a Revlon Batch Code?

A Revlon batch code is a code composed of letters and numbers used to identify the production batch of a product. Through the batch code, you can determine the production date and assess whether the product is within its shelf life.

The Revlon batch code is different from the product's Barcode. Barcodes are used for checkout and inventory management and do not contain production date information; the batch code is the key to finding the production date.

Where to Find Revlon Batch Codes?

🍶

Bottom of Bottle

Most bottled products have batch codes embossed on the edge of the glass bottom

🧴

End of Tube

Tube products (like facial cleansers) usually have codes at the serrated seal on the tube end

💡 Tip: Batch codes are usually inkjet printed or embossed with a tactile feel. If you can't find the batch code, check if the outer packaging is still available!

Revlon Batch Code FAQ

Why can't I find my Revlon batch code?+
Revlon encoding rules may have updated, or the batch code is worn and unrecognizable. If it's a newly launched product, our database may not have been updated yet. You can also contact Revlon official customer service to confirm.
Can Revlon batch code checker verify authenticity?+
Batch code checking cannot be the sole basis for authenticity verification. Finding a batch code doesn't guarantee the product is genuine, but if the code cannot be found or the format is obviously suspicious, exercise caution. We recommend purchasing Revlon products through official channels.
Can I use expired Revlon products?+
We do not recommend using expired cosmetics. Expired products may cause skin allergies, acne, or infections, especially eye products. For your skin health, please use Revlon products within their shelf life.
How to store Revlon cosmetics to extend shelf life?+
Store Revlon products in a cool, dry, dark place. The high temperature and humidity of bathrooms accelerate product deterioration. Products with active ingredients (like Vitamin C, Retinol) should be refrigerated.
