What is a HAKU Batch Code?

A HAKU batch code is a code composed of letters and numbers used to identify the production batch of a product. Through the batch code, you can determine the production date and assess whether the product is within its shelf life.

The HAKU batch code is different from the product's Barcode. Barcodes are used for checkout and inventory management and do not contain production date information; the batch code is the key to finding the production date.

📦 Unopened Shelf Life

Unopened HAKU cosmetics typically have a shelf life of 3 years. Some products (like serums with high-concentration Vitamin C or Retinol) may have shorter shelf lives; use promptly after purchase.

🫙 Shelf Life After Opening (PAO)

After opening, refer to the "open jar icon" on the packaging. Usually marked as 12M (12 months) or 6M (6 months), indicating the product should be used within 12 or 6 months after opening.
